The Walking Dead – Episode: 2 is Finally Available

Fans; such as myself, have been waiting months for Episode 2 – ‘Starved for Help’ to be released by TellTale Games so we could continue the story of the hit game The Walking Dead and the episodic adventures of Lee and Caroline. I’m not particularly a zombie kind of guy but this game draws you in by making you make choices that affect everything around you and the people you come in contact with while you are trying to figure out how to stay alive with Zombies chasing you.

Yesterday TellTale Games released the second episode – ‘Starved for Help’. Episode Two is available right now as DLC within Episode One on Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 MS Points.  Episode Two will also be available Friday, June 29th in North America on PlayStation Network for $4.99, or available for download to players who purchased a season pass for The Walking Dead.  Episode Two will also be available Friday June 29th on PC and MAC through the Telltale Games Store and Steam, as well as other select digital distribution partners.  A release date for PlayStation 3 in regions other than North America will be confirmed in the near future.

As I talked in my preview for Episode 2 that I saw at E3, it takes place 3 months after Episode 1 and you have to make some tough choices right away.

Make sure you check out the Launch trailer for Episode 2 here: http://youtu.be/mIG2aQcnVmM

Also you can check out the Episode 1 Stats Recap here: http://youtu.be/oS8JeNDdWs0 (It contains spoilers, so if you haven’t played Episode 1, do that first.)

In my opinion this is one of those games that is worth the 400MSP.  Go Get The Walking Dead – Episode: 1 now and then you can get Episode: 2 – Starved for Help!
